EZY Accounts for Child Carers

This Microsoft Excel Workbook simplifies the tasks of bookkeeping for Child Carers. The workbook comprises  simple to complete sheets with the minimum of entries which  automatically calculate &  carry forward to the relevant totals. The workbook includes:

       Store Records  for up to ten families
       Monthly Income & Expenditure Record Sheet
       Annual Income/Expenditure Summary with simple to follow guide to completing your Self Assessment Tax Form
       Monthly Mileage Records - note if you choose to claim mileage do not claim Petrol, Service Costs etc.
       Monthly  Statements that can be issued as an Invoice
       Record Working Hours each Month and auto calculate proportion of Monthly Bills claimable

At the end of the year you have all the totals necessary to complete your Tax Return whether your income exceeds  £15,000 or not. To make this even simpler the relevant totals have a dark blue box next to them with the number of the required box in your Self assessment form. If your income exceeds £15,000.00 then there is another sheet that gives you a detailed breakdown to help you complete the Tax Return.
