Changing the width of all columns in a worksheet

Everyone knows that if the data in a column is wider than the column itself some of the data will be hidden when viewed on screen. Most people know that if you select a single column and double-click on one of the column separators, the width will be auto-adjusted so that even the widest data can be seen.
